About Me
Judge Shaun Babeu has served as Justice of the Peace since January 1, 2011 and resides in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley with his wife Brandy and children, Savannah (21) and Matthew (19).
Judge Babeu is running for his 5th term in office with the Primary Election scheduled for August 4, 2026 and the General Election on November 3, 2026. Judge Babeu currently serves as Presiding Justice of the Peace for the 6 Justice Courts in Pinal County.
I'm proud to serve as the elected Justice of the Peace and will continue to operate our court in an efficient and effective manner. In FY2025 our Pioneer Justice Court had 15,909 case filings. We have a great team consisting of 13 staff members that are proud to serve you. Our Pioneer Justice Court includes the communities of San Tan Valley and the Pinal County parts of Queen Creek.
The Pioneer Justice Court opened in 2019 with a new court facility on Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley.
